GnuPG problems with installing (it's not showing up)

I'm on a M1 Mini, and went to [sourceforge.net] to download a free copy of the open source GnuPG. Says it works on Silicon and the dmg seems to act like normal during the install process. But I can't find the installed app. It's not in any Applications folder (HD, System, or User Application folders). I've restarted, even downloaded a fresh .dmg file and done the install again, and then restarted again. Still GnuPG is not showing up anywhere. Never had an app install not show up! Any suggestions?

According to the link you provided

"Depending on the disk image you chose, files will be installed in either /usr/local/gnupg-2.2 or /usr/local/gnupg-2.3 on your system disk, and soft links will be created in /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib."
