After over four decades, This Old House’s Master Carpenter and pioneer of the home improvement television genre, Norm Abram is officially leaving the show and hanging up his toolbelt. Norm will be sent off in style with a one-hour tribute special The House That Norm Built premiering Monday, October 3rd at 9pm on PBS and streamed on The Roku Channel.

I tried to find this show on our DVR's listings for this evening and couldn't find it at first. I then searched for it by the title "The House That Norm Built" and found that our local station will air it this Saturday morning. Just sharing for awareness.

It was awesome!!

I was watch an episode of This Old House last season or the season before last, that had a episode with a cameo of Norm.

I think the crew visited an old project that was recently featured for some reason, and Norm was invited to walk through and reminisce.

It was good to see him, as he was one of my favorite crew members.

Season 44 just started.

Season 43 finished an amazing project with an 1864 Dutch Colonial.

That was some fantastic work.
