Leslie Jordan was a great character actor who was in a ton of TV shows, mainly one off and recurring appearances.
He was a little guy with a slightly high pitched, sort of sing-song voice with a slight southern-ish accent.
An acting affectation, I'm sure.
I haven't seen him in anything in a long time, though I recognized him from the pic, remembering him from his much earlier years.
If memory serves, he often appeared wearing a bow tie.
