Does this work for existing subscribers who are not Apple One subscribers?

I bought a similar one-year Apple TV+ deal in May. If I purchase another one-year subscription now, will they just add the time onto my existing subscription?

Edit: Comments in the customer reviews indicate it will add an additional year to your existing plan.

Where does one see an expiration date?

On my 'Account Summary' I see my Apple ID, billing address, and AppleID balance but no expiration date.

I used one of the above deals before for my current subscription to ATV+ but have no payment method on file.

In my account settings (in Apple TV+ on my iMac), the last item on that page is Subscriptions. For me, it says Next billing date: Sep 21, 2024.

It looks like the deal is dead - Costco now has the price at $63.

BTW, I placed my order as a Non-Costco member expecting a 5% surcharge but was only charged the $44.99 price.
