Dinner in the Sky is a Belgian based novelty restaurant service which uses a crane to hoist its dinners, table, and waiting staff 150 feet above the ground, into the air.

Seatbelts required. What if someone drops a fork?

We saw that a few years ago in Puerto Vallarta. It's not that i mind the heights if I have protective equipment - I just don't see it adding too much to the dining experience.

"Excuse me, could you direct me to the WC?"

"In science it often happens that scientists say, 'You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,' and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. I cannot recall the last time something like that happened in politics or religion." (1987) -- Carl Sagan

I could acclimate to the height aspect, but the ‘you’re stuck here till we get this thing back on the ground’ part feels like more of a PITA than it’s worth.

A priest, a rabbit and a minister walk into a bar.
The bartender asks the rabbit "what'll ya have?"
The rabbit says "I dunno. I'm only here because of Autocorrect.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

On the bright side I suppose I might consider the meal a bargain since I am almost positive that I would get to see it twice.
