You probably already knew that, but I didn't.

I finally got around to actually getting one instead of just looking as I walked by. The box barely fits in my fridge, and hangs over the shelf by quite a bit.

I usually buy two and freeze the slices in big baggies. Throw the slice in the oven, set it for 350 and start a timer for 20 minutes. Perfectly done.

Decent pizza for the price.

I just might try freezing a large pie, especially when there's a 2-fer sale, which heretofore was a bit more than I could stomach.

Soooo much cheese. And garlic salt or something? I have a slice about once per year, but only because I'm trying r to avoid eating meat. So it's a good deal for that aspect. But it's definitely Domino's influenced.

This was on Shark Tank recently. I'd bet the Costco slices are too big, however: [www.bestproducts.com]

I used to get a combo about every two months. Break it up to 8 portions, eat one and freeze 7 others. Sometimes it only lasts 4 meals if the mozzarella blend is really tasty. Reheat it for 8 minutes in a covered frying pan with a tablespoon of water.

I haven't bought one since they stopped selling combo. I think my local Costco is at least equal to my local Domino's/Papa/Ceasar/Hut.

"every visit" started tapering off around 25 years ago.

Not just the slice, the whole pie is gone too. They also eliminated the Veggie Pizza which was never shown on their signs but you could ask for it, and when they added the self-order kiosks the Veggie Pizza had been an option on that.

Black olives are the closest I get to vegetables on pizza.

That's a bit more for garnish than taste, but they're OK.

I've never liked mushrooms in any form at any time, and hate them on pizza.

One time, after band camp, a nice young woman at Costco picked them off a combo slice for me.

I asked for a combo slice without fungi, and she laughed and said it wasn't a option, but would find me a slice with as little infestation (my words) as possible.

Not completely happy, she offered to pick the few bits off, and I was happy.

There was still some residual taste, so I never got another combo slice again.

In a pinch, I'll settle for cheese and pepperoni, so a Costco slice is still viable.

But I ask them to cut it in two, otherwise it's a little ungainly.

Yes, we do that with our local fav pizza places. Just have not tried Costco pizza yet.

Geeeze, I forgot about getting one of those on my last trip in!

Maybe this week or next.

I get one home and untruss it, and immediately make a monster chicken sandwich while snacking on it.

It lasts maybe two more days, but I often cut a piece off of it each time I pass through the kitchen.
