Those are pretty lightweight, at 12.5lbs per dumbbell.

But a good price on a starter set, or for someone who might have a problem that precludes using heavier weght.

No Sam's near me, and already have have a CAP 50lb set from a previous pRICE deal.

The NordicTrack pair are said to be adjustable in 2.5lb increments and my CAPs in 5lb increments.

The latter is a big jump between adjustments, but I found that it's pretty easy to just drop off one plate for a 2.5lb change.

I'm glad I got a 50lb set, but would have settled for a 40lb set if the price were good.
