Cursor arrows

OS 13 offers different size cursor arrows during setup. Can cursor size be changed at times other than initial setup? If so, how?

In Ventura, it's in the System SETTINGS app > Accessibility > Display > Pointer options.

There’s a search bar on top, search for cursor or similar.
