Safari site issue: pop-up box to sign in is lower than visible screen

This is a credit card website (Citi) and their pop up box appears at the very edge of the bottom screen, so I cannot read it, and apparently I cannot click return on it, either. Any suggestions? I prefer to use Safari on this site to log in every month. Thanks.

This is in Safari on your Mac?

Hmmm...

When I sign into Citi's site, I have a sign-in box on the upper-right, embedded in the web page.

No pop-up.

Under Safari menu at top of screen choose "Settings for (website name)". In the settings choose a different setting for "Page Zoom". Maybe also try turning off and on "Enable content blockers".

Clarification: not the sign in box to the upper right, but to change passwords, the pop up is below the screen. I'm try the zoom feature when I'm back at the machine.

I don't see a pop-up box. I see a regular page and I can scroll.

I had so much trouble logging in to my Citi account every month on my laptop (but not on iPhone) that I closed the account.

This pop-up box shows up right in the middle of my screen. My guess (I didn't try) is that you can just press ENTER

And proof that it worked

I've found two fixes for that same type of problem, when using Safari 12.1.2.

1) Using the A | A buttons, I make the page smaller or larger until I see what I need.

or

2) Failing that, I use Firefox.
