1964 Maserati Mistral Spyder 3500



what a lovely little beast. Dunno why anyone would choose red for the interior, but perhaps that was the only way it came in '64.
One of 125.

Fortunately, prolly another example of a car I couldn't fit in without some leg trimming.

That and the $100k price escalation since I started this post.

Oooh! I would like that. Not so sure I'd be happy with the conversion from fuel injection to triple sided raft Webers though.

The uninstalled fuel injection system is included, made by Lucas. With that as the brand, I can see converting to more reliable Webers.

great vid! thanks the post.
you definitely hear the camera car with the Mistral mixed in, but hard to separate unless one mounted the mic as a radio on the Mistral.
A bit more Hollywood than a vid like this.
Good explanation on the Lucas vs Weber.
I do like the back end of the '64 better.
