Several decades ago, Umberto Eco discussed the postmodern problem of how to say, "I love you, dearly." The phrase risks becoming derivative when all parties know similar sentiments have already been expressed by others. Eco's solution was to give attribution with the proclamation. While everyone recognizes that the source is not original, the sentiment is sincere.

Given that constraint, might I use some scaffolding from Lord Buckley?

My lords and my ladies of the Royal Court, would it embarrass you very much if I told you that, "I love you."
