How about LOL, especially:

1. When said out loud and not in an email or post, and

2. When the situation isn't remotely smile or laugh inducing to begin with?

That was funny, LOL

#2. White people using the N-word while not in a strictly academic context.

For me, you can add:
1. Black people, or in fact, any knucklehead using the N-word while not in a strictly academic context.

2. Anybody using "ho" unless it's preceeded by "hi" (I guess "hidee" would be okay)

3. "Like" as in: " ...and he was, like, totally wrong."

4. Post announcement upgrade smiling smiley

I haven't seen anybody use "yeppers" since Michael Scott was scolded for using it on The Office.

"We're taking it to the next level"

Crap boardroom jargon spouted at every opportunity, especially to the TV "news", to make it seem like X company is doing something new when it's actually something smaller companies have been doing for a while now and the bigs are just now glomming onto.

"Let me be honest with you" and "To be honest..."

So, you weren't, prior to this point?

And "You have no idea..."

Must go away:

"It is what it is" (a co-worker uses this when there is no other brain activity happening)
"in terms of..." (carlin whined about this one too)
"literally" also when pronounced LITT-TRA-LEE
"irregardless" (how hard is it to just say regardless?)
"let me check my understanding" (my boss uses this instead of asking you to repeat)
"that's what she said" (although Steve Carell's use on The Office is hilarious)
"the only limit is your imagination" (used in tons of tech product/software ads)
adding extra HADs in a sentence where not needed

I concur with:

"at the end of the day"
"pull the trigger"
"git'r done"
"that's gay/retarded" (there are how many other adjectives you could use?)

peace-
miK.
