It used to be an example of value and customer service. I bought several pieces of luggage for myself and as gifts for others Then they sold out to Samsonite moved from Colorado to Massachusetts and they killed everything that they were good at.

No phone number only txt or email service except they do not respond to either

seems a constant issue with every small company that starts out gets gobbled by the big fishes. annoying as hell.

I'm gonna try out Solgaard for a backpack. I went to their small corp office in the city. But I think their CS will be non phone as well.
But the product is smart and well made, even though partially Chinese made. Like everything but toilet paper.

They were still good ~2012, but sometime relatively shortly thereafter, I found them to be down in the dumps, selection-wise.

I liked their old interface and selection, and often their prices were excellent w/ coupons/promo codes, so it was a good resource.

I think I bought something from them in about 2006 or 2007.

Their Motherlode travel packs and cubes have served me well over the years. Good quality and not pricey, especially with the nice discounts they gave. In 2020 they had a big sale discontinuing all 3rd party brands (including Osprey) and also gave good discounts on some of their own items and Samsonite products and I stocked up. That'll be the last time I'll purchase from them. I don't know how they're doing just selling Samsonite and eBags.

....as one ages.....the Ebags will get worse......especially under the eyes and underarms......and the butt......

I bought 2 bags from them. 1 in '13 and 1 in (an Everki) '18.
They both lasted and I quite liked.
But they no longer have anything that works for me. Too bad they sold out.
