I did a scan with the free Malwarebytes and it showed nothing.

They're notification alerts from a browser, probably from a rogue ad on a website that looked legit when you clicked allow.

Check Safari -> Settings -> Websites -> Notifications and look for anything out-of-place

Thanks. There was one listing that had no name that I switched to 'Deny'. I'll wait and see if that was the culprit.
