A cop pulls someone over for running a stop sign. The driver complains, "But officer, come on, I slowed down! What's the difference?" At that point, the cop pulls the driver out of the car and starts just beating on him with his baton. After a minute, the cop says, "So, do you want me to stop, or just slow down?"
