I have been complaining about the Bez-azon search engine for eleven years. Google used to be much better for Bez-azon, but scammers have learned to salt those results too. Both of them don't care as long as they are making money.

At least ebay will flat out say, 'gee... it looks like your narrow search request didn't generate 1000s of hits, so we added some stuff you have no interest in so you don't feel let down'

You enter the name of something you want to buy, then Amazon provides you with a list of things they think they can get you to buy - at least, that is how it seems.

I’ve started to use Google for my Amazon searches, entering “site:www.amazon.com” after the search term.

Something else that cracks me up about AMZ is the '...similar to...' suggestions you get when clicking on a product and reading the description.

There's often a small blurb similar to 'Something similar you might like...'

And it's nothing even remotely similar!

On occasion the 'similar' product suggested is WTF-comical.
