Jealous does not begin to say how I feel after looking at those photos.

So many good photos there, I’ll have to spend much more time.

Looks like you were well fed.

Great shots! thumbs up

Thanks for sharing them.

Mr. Lahey: Why don't you get a life Rick? Why don't ya go to community college like Julian here. Hey, I got a good idea. You could teach, livin' in a car and growin' dope 101.

Ricky: Hehe. And you can teach how to get drunk, get fired from the police force, become a... lousy trailer park supervisor that sucks, hangs around with a @#$%&' idiot that doesn't wear a shirt, and looks like a dick but thinks he looks good... 101.

Wonderful experience…. I’m jealous as well… reminiscent of my Maine summer camp experience, sailing in the reaches and a week long expedition in Penobscot bay. Camping out one clear summer night on an empty island in the bay, and seeing the heavens wheeling past.

We were on the Taber, anchored in the same bay as the French beginning of the month.

Tons of fun

Clam bake and mini cannon? Wow

Carnos, no shark sightings but they do hunt the seals there.

$tevie, yes, Boston cream pie. Almost made myself sick eating 2 slices!

raz, that's so cool! I think that was the harbor at Swan's Island. The Taber came in after us, I watched her cruise in and drop sails. I think you guys left before us in the morning so we didn't pass.

mrbigstuff, the little cannon is LOUD! There are a few privately owned lighthouses in the area who like to salute passing schooners with their own cannon and the schooners that have a cannon salute back.

Swan harbor indeed. I should have paddle boarded over and said hello.

This was our third sail. The wife wasn’t happy when I picked a 150 year old schooner for a vacation in 2021, but on the drive home she immediately booked trip two. We have a major trip planned for next summer. We’ll book for 2025 when it opens.

These are just great vacations.
