Many of you may be aware of this, but I’ve just learned from this video (around 14:45), that there’s a memory pressure monitor, which gauges how good is the amount of RAM for your workflow.
It would be enlightening to me (maybe for others too) if you could share how your system is doing on this regard.
Thanks!

It's not nearly so useful as seeing page ins/outs would be.

Apple supposedly hides that info now because such things as memory compression and aggressive caching make tracking that info obsolete and confusing, but lots of page-outs is meaningful (indicating that you don't have enough RAM) even with that stuff going on and they've just added to the difficultly of troubleshooting by substituting a vague graph.

Also, are we supposed to be judging musical talent or character in that poll? Clapton's probably got more raw talent, but Billy Joel is the clear winner on character.

Whats considered "high pressure"? Intel sucks with ram. 128 GB isnt enough.

My best guess is that unified memory makes swapping less relevant.
Agree that the graph seems vague on images. I’m looking forward watching it live.

I keep hearing it!
