Upon further review, we show the credit issued was a Bill of Rights credit due to a delay. Although we regret the disruption you experienced these credits can not be extended past the year expiration date. We understand this is not the resolution you expected and apologize for the inconvenience.
The credit's expiration date is February 3, 2024, at midnight ET going into February 4, 2024. You can use it to book a new flight anytime before then. You may travel after the expiration date as long as the credit is used before expiration. Check out our tips for fully using your travel credits.

I fly a lot and will never, ever fly Frontier, Spirit, or JetBlue again. EVER.
How they retain customers is beyond me. How? They are TERRIBLE..
