I'm using MS Word 2019 and I've created a flyer, made a 3" footer, created an 8 cell table in the footer, but I cannot figure out how to rotate the text. I tried highlighting the cells and right clicking but there is no rotate option. Any advice is appreciated.

That is a great template. Thank you for posting the link. I already had an existing flyer so I wanted to learn how to do it from scratch. It isn't obvious! In the end I did create a table in the footer but the secret sauce is to "insert" a "text box" which can then be manipulated. It's a maze of menu's that should be better but it was doable.

In reality, MS Word isn't the best app for creating flyers with tear-offs. This is where having an app like Swift Publisher comes in handy. There are other low-cost or free apps that'll do it as well and they are still easier than making them in Word.

I'm betting it's easier to make a flyer like that in Pages than it is in MS Word. Then again, I've not been a fan of using Pages (or any word processor) for flyers in general. Basic text, sure. Tear-offs? Pictures? Nope. I use an actual DTP app for stuff like that, i.e Affinity Publisher, which for me replaced Swift Publisher.
