Possibly useful to estimate where/when your property will be underwater (not necessarily financially)

Even though we're 2.5 miles from the ocean (as the crow flies; Long Beach CA), when it gets to 10 feet, we'll finally have that backyard pool the kids wanted years ago.

We’re good here although the impending ice age once the Gulf Stream ceases will be tough.
