I think you need to check the insurance paperwork (AAA) or call them. Maybe they will reimburse you if you show them you found a less expensive option. But you won't be sure until you call them, and even then I would record the call (with their permission, of course).

The prices you see on the website are not what you'll be charged. Your insurance company has already set the rate with Enterprise. Further, each Enterprise office manager can change the rate if they want with no other approval needed.

Agree with Ombligo. Our corporate rate with Enterprise is easily half of web listed price so I'd think AAA would have a comparable negotiated rate.

Why are you going through your insurance? Let the cement company pay for your damages and loss of use.

We would but truck kept going and wife couldn’t find it. Although there is a cement truck fill place a quarter of a mile sending out trucks all day through that intersection. Yes I wish we new which truck

It's time to buy a car camera. I bought one years ago when there was a spate of car crash scams in Atlanta and I was driving downtown a couple of times a week. Never had to use it but it's good to have it. I think I paid something like $30 for one from Amazon.
