In 6 years when it reaches Jupiter my kids will be in college. Hopefully, they'll remember the time when Dad made them watch some boring rocket launch on TV for some reason. I doubt it,, but had to try.

Netflix has a facinating 8 part series called Life On Our Planet that I’ve been watching. Episode 2 is about how all life on earth began in the oceans, which were quite different hundreds of billion years ago. The bizzare-looking life forms in the program are beautifully rendered but scary as heck.
