We do have snow in Atlanta

I would say maybe 4” at my house, in the northern burbs.
It has now changed to sleet, which is worse than the snow.
I hope the ice doesn’t cause a lot of power outages.
My daughter has a flight out, hopefully, at 5:30pm tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
It’s pretty right now, but I would rather not have any snow or ice. Lol

Wow! 4 inches is massive for ATL. Good luck.

I'm in MN and there is green grass on my lawn.

Farther north than rgG, we have about 2" but it's suddenly gotten bigger flakes. We're forecast for 3-6 inches. That looks likely--we'll be on top of the hill until Monday, I assume.

We got about the same in Sandy Springs. Very pretty. My son flies back to Burlington, VT tomorrow night. I just saw an Instagram of someone skiing on Peachtree Rd. Too bad we shipped his skis back there last week, so he would not have to carry them on the plane.

My niece in Atlanta showed me videos of her dog gleefully playing in the snow. We have none in RI!

I'm in Midtown. Looks like about an inch, but I think the media is saying a bit more. Ice later.

I've seen photos of people sliding down hills in Piedmont Park.

We have flurries in upstate SC. We've had no snow for 2 years so even a little is fun.

Nobody on our hill drove out until the guy next door (and his 2 kids and wife!) got into what must be a 4-wheel drive truck and around the corner and down the hill. My wife and I walked to the top of the hill and looked down and there were 2 vehicles in the ditch to the side; both came out of driveways half way down the hill. But, my neighbor's truck tracks went all the way down and around the corner at the bottom. So they survived. We have an all-wheel drive CRV but I think we'll just sit around here for a day or 2. We got 4 inches and then it turned to sleet. Right now it's just looking ominous.

I remember the ice in Atlanta a few years ago and the mess the freeways were. Ice is so much worse than snow in so many ways. Good luck.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
