rgG, yes, there is a Yang. Yang is presumably male because he is smaller than Yin, but it is quite possible that I actually have two "Yins" or two "Yangs" because sexing is only really accurate by if the frog calls (only the males call), and the males will only call as adults-- both Yin and Yang are still juveniles (babies).

That pic was taken almost right after I bought them, and as you can see, Yin's nose/face was a bit scratched up, probably as a result of rough handling/transport to or at the pet store. Since I took the photo, they've both healed up quite nicely-- and have shown a hearty appetite and signs of growth. They were actually both quite a good deal at the store! The species is known to get quite big, and live a good 10-15 years or more in captivity. More info here: [allaboutfrogs.org]

Yes, there may be some renaming at a later point, as obviously I can't have them both called "Yin" or "Yang"... but "Jabba" is not an option

And yes, they do get quite big -- 4" snout-to-vent is typical when fully grown (!). Right now, they're only about 1.5" S-T-V.
