What's on the menu this Memorial Day?

I'm making a couple of beer can chickens, some hot dogs and some corn on the cob on the Weber Gas Grill. I believe we will have some macaroni salad or something else. Just haven't decided.

So, what's everyone else cooking tonight?

The leftovers from yesterday's picnic-style grilling. Yours sounds better. What time should I be there? smiling smiley

Hmm, I'm not sure what's on the menu at the BBQ we're going to. All I know is I'm bringing my patented homemade guacamole.

Italian sausages are going on the grill now...

Did a barbecue at friend's. Pretty delicious honey bbq turkey burgers topped with slaw. My wife followed by blueberry peach cobbler. That was washed down with three bottles of assorted homebrews. Perhaps I should consider making it a four day weekend....

Had bratwurst and beans and potato salad and sauerkraut and wine and ice cream with friends.

I'm stuffed.

4 racks o' ribs finished smokin' about 2 hours ago. w/ key west sauce, now there ain't nuttin' left. 18 hours to do the deed from beer brine to smackin' lips, but worth every minute.

We had a "clean out the fridge" BBQ at my mom's house. The gathering was spur of the moment so we all brought whatever we had:
Tuna Steaks
Chicken Sausage
Hamburgers
Chicken
Pork something or another
Red potatoes on the grill
Salad
Mixed veggies on the grill

There weren't that many of us but we all had just enough. smiling smiley
