Nope, not an Apple refurb, but actually used. I'm quite leary of used iPods due to not knowing how old the battery is and how much life it has left in it. Also, hard drive life expectancy could be an issue. I haven't really seen a price that is attractive enough to make me put my reservations aside, yet.

I've got an Apple factory refurbished iMac that I purchased from SmallDog.com and I've been completely satisfied with it. Would probably purchase Apple factory refurbished again. Thanks.
