can you run multiple copies of handbrake ala Toast? So that you can rip multiple DVDs at once?

Yep. Had 8 copies running all at once on an 8 core Mac Pro. It was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Only way I could finally max out the processors on that system.

how do you get it to run multiple copies? I just tried duping the app (like I did with toast) and when i launch it, it just switches between the original and copy. It doesn't launch it a second time.

Well this was right when the 8 core came out and it was a few versions ago. Maybe they changed that with the current one?
