Green Beans sparking when microwaved

Just decided what to eat for lunch. Some BEANS.

Well, first time I noticed them SPARK while being microwaved. But googling shows it's commonplace.

Yeah, I have seen this before when microwaving raw carrots. It is most noticeable when the kitchen lights are off.

My old Panasonic microwave did this often, but the newer Samsung not as much.
