The Apple Store has lowered the price on the refurbished silver 2GB iPod nano to $99.00. This is a limited time special price and it includes free shipping, but Apple does charge sales tax, where applicable. These are showing as shipping within 24 hours.

I bought my wife one of these, back on Mother's day. It's a perfect little iPod. I would also highly recommend the Agent18 NanoShield Cover case for it. $20 at Target.

The 4GB versions were $129 for a couple weeks then they raised the price again.
