Since then he has always been visible, receiving regular grass trimming and a full re-chalking every 25 years.

Gotta keep that bush trimmed.

Many years ago, I answered the door one Halloween to see two teen aged girls. They were wearing trench coats and 'flashed' them to reveal yard-long fake fake dongs. I chuckled, handed them their candy, asked them to wait a minute, and came back with two small plastic trash bags.

"Here. Practice safe Trick-or-Treating".

They turned bright red and fled.

I refuse to be out-weirded by a teen ager.
