Man Sues Apple Over Potential Hearing Loss-STUPID

Just turn down the volume---don't make Apple cripple the iPods. Cars get in wrecks and people get hurt--so they should make them so they only go 1 MPH?
Make the iPod send a jolt to do electro shock therapy on stupide greedy people and lawyers-they are going to ruin it for everyone.

It had to happen.
Taking responsibility for one's own behavior is getting rare.
Damn!

I agree with you 1000%. I've had FM, cassette and CD type
Walkmans and all him the potential to damage hearing. With all
the media coverage the iPods have had in the last several months about this I
knew someone was going to jump on this. I remember screaming
at the local news not long ago when I heard them report this.
Bunch a blooming idiots! A doctor butchered my sisters
bladder and can't seem to get a dime but these bozo's, like the
smokers, are going to get millions! Sorry had to rant a little.

Who wants to join me in a class-action suit against Hamilton Beach?
Their toasters have the potential to electrocute me if I stick a butter knife in them.

Yes! Let's file a class-action suit.
But who'd we get to represent us?
