P-O-P-S.

Any more than four letters and I might forget it, here or elsewhere. And I wouldn't want some of my favorite posters to forget it, either.

I imagine mick e and I were watching those ASCII characters just stroll across the CRT at a blazing speed on a 14.4 modem once smiling smiley For those who remember why we developed smileys and LOL, ROFL, etc. !

Tried to sign on with my old name, but the aol account that I used as the email return wouldn't accept the the sign on notice from the forum. I ended up using a shortened version through one of my other email accounts because my my old name was 'already registered' ... by me.

"I used my real name on DealMac, but eventually felt a little silly among all the pseudonyms."

And I suppose is the rest of the forum jumped off the roof, you'd do that too. : )

I use the same name everywhere. I'm horrible at coming up with nicknames and using my real name keeps me from saying stuff I shouldn't. Plus, it's silly.
