Is Netflix always this bad?

Since BB online jacked up their prices tonight I decided to go back to Netflix. Their website is unusable with "Netflix Site Errors".

Are they always this bad or are they just having a bad night? Do you guys regularly have issues with their web site?

What earache said; I use the site routinely with no trouble but am having a lot of problems accessing it this evening.
