I can only see TWO non-Macbooks in that pic.....and I'm not even sure that those might not just be some sort of case or applied skin...

That pictures puts a smile on my face. I have taken a lifetime's worth of razzing over using Macs. I have never seen that many in one place.

I was watching MSNBC Morning Joe a while back and Joe Scarborough was talking about his son and all his sons friends. Apparently the kids came over to his house after school and they all had Apple laptops. He said something about Apple "owning the market."

Apple laptops are required for that class, still cool.

They could STILL be running WINDOWS on all of them!

It's just Intel nowadays..pffft.

I think that a lot of people are jumping to the wrong conclusion that this is a typical class. Anyone notice that the vast majority of the machines are MacBook Pros? I see a few black MacBooks but none of the white models.

That is a lot of 'books. I think a Powerbook get together at MWSF had close to that many. It is at least double the number of laptops that ever showed up for any Mac User Group meeting I have attended.

Another way to look at this is that people are just like sheep. In the past, when people were told to buy Wintel machines they bought Wintel machines, now, at this school they're told that the school recommends Apple machines so they buy Apple.

That's hot.
