What do I need to do to get a new copy of Tiger onto the Quicksilver?

If so, you might be able to put the MacBook in target disk mode and pop the DVD into it's drive, and make it act like a very expensive external DVD drive, and connect it to the Quicksilver and boot the Quicksilver from the Tiger install DVD and do the install.
