Anybody using FCE HD 3.5 on new MacBook?

I'm thinking of getting a new MacBook rather than a MacBook Pro. The most challenging app I'd be running is FCE HD 3.5 and am wondering how the new MacBook handles it.

Old SONY TRV 900 3CCD workhorse. Great camera. Probably won't upgrade to HD for awhile, maybe in the coming year.

BTW, I tried loading FCE HD 3.5 on a CD 1.83 mini/1 gig running Tiger 10.4.10 recently and got a message that the video card is not compat. What's up with that?

there's a fix for that. it's looking for the wrong video card i think i've heard. i'd search the apple forum for the work around.
