yes, I have seen cars on the roads, I just didn't have to go out today. I think the average snow level is more like 18", it was just slightly higher where I park because of the way the wind blows. There is an area in front of my apartment where the snow is almost four feet high. The kids love this place!

My brother lives on the east coast. we grew up here in Wisconsin, so he's used to lots of snow. and beer, and bratwurst....
