Good luck, and thanks for doing that. Any questions or concerns, let me know. I am a foster parent for the local shelter, and have taken dozens of cats through the spay/neuter process.

Good luck. The neighbors used to tell me to get our cat fixed and I told them that the way she was kicking out kittens I didn't think she was broken. haha We did find homes for the kittens and then got her fixed.

Thanks for the offer. They don't come home until Tuesday. So you may hear from me then.

Yes, it gets too hard to find homes. I kept trapping (live) tom cats (attracted by our cats) and taking them to the shelter. Most were wild mean animals. We live in the country, so they had to try hard to find us. One was so wild, the shelter kept our trap so they could take it straight to the vet. Time to get rid of the attraction.

Good night again.

Our two kitties were spayed when they were very young. Good luck with your three.

Good Night

Sorry but, I dont like cats, bad experience when I was a kid. I dont want to talk about it. smiling smiley

My mom was a dog person until she got a condo. Now she has a cat which she loves like a child. Only problem for me is that my son was playing with the cat and he got his cheek scratched. FYI its the claws I dont like.

Good night, all. Sleep well.
The cats will recover very quickly from their "fixing", and you will eventually recover from it as well!

Spaying is not the ordeal it used to be. I had mine spayed two years ago. It's a tiny incision these days, about a half inch. Your cats will be jumping around in no time at all. Mine was back to normal in two days. My vet used glue instead of stitches, and told me that if there were no problems he didn't need to check her again. There were no problems.

Heh. This topic always reminds me of an ad in the college paper when I was in school:

FREE to good home. Female cat. Been sprayed

Makes me giggle. I also love the bumper sticker:

Don't ask who the bell's for, dude. It's you.

I frequently hear people say they've had their cat "spaded". I always want to ask why they hit their kitty with a shovel, but I restrain myself.
