Account Level Filtering Mail?

Would like to filter all messages using Cyrillic alphabet-can't read them anyhow ;)

Using Cpanel on server, offers Box Trapper, Spam Assassin-set at 8-, filter alows "match regex

Can it be adapted to filter Nigerian mail as well?
