The S3 introduced last night so the S2 is getting moved out.

The jury is still out on Prestige camera, I am seeing mixed results in the reviews. Butterfly photo and amazon seem to be the more recognizable names with 10k plus reviews.

The Amazon deal gives you a free CF card. That doesn't work with the Canon S2 IS, since it takes a SD card, right?

Looks like a good deal, thanks for letting people know.

That's odd that they would give a free CF card to a camera that has SD. Maybe call before ordering and you can get them to switch it?

the S1 was/is a classic, the S2 makeover got things moving well in the right direction... woulda liked a bigger lcd, faster shutter response and ISO speeds, native sports mode; all of which the S3 now has, plus more. I'm a buyer.

I agree. I bought my S2 last summer and I love it. I don't need the larger screen nor more pixels (8 x 10's are great), but the gray is very cool...
