BBEDIT: How get it to show ALL html, including head?

Dumb BBEDIT question. Sometimes I want to see the full code, so I can tinker with the meta tags or the css in the HEAD.

How do I get BBEDIT to show it all? Right now, BBE wants to show me only what's in the BODY.

It makes head info available only through its menus and boxes.

Surely there's a setting somewhere for this???

Ah, now I see it.

When I save the file and re-open it in BBEDIT, all the code is there.

However, when I first create the file, only the body code is visible.

Are there little arrows on the left side that you can expand and contract?
