How to change icon size in Windows XP?

I did it relatively recently but I forgot how, or rather where, I change the icon size in Windows XP. I was thinking it was with the Display CP but I can't find it there. Thanks.

Control panel->display->appearance->advanced->select "icon", and then change size.

Thank you. I didn't look in that pull down menu.

Finding any such settings is never as obvious in Windows as it is with a Mac.
