The Middleman: The show I can't figure out why I like... but I do...

The Middleman on ABCFamily...

Acting: Not much.
Writing: RIFE with Cliche's.
Effects: Cost about $7, and look it.

But I like it.

And Natalie Morales is almost UNBEARABLY adorable in those glasses, Olive Drab WWII era uniform jacket, and cute little tie.
I mean, seriously... pretty soon I may have to take some time away from watching Morena Baccarins every move to learn everything about her...

I watched a snippet of it on the web site. Not a bad show. It's kind of like Torchwood with the low budget, slightly camp feel of the original era Dr. Who. But since I've seen both of the source shows, this one doesn't have much appeal for me.

I'll leave Natalie Morales to your tender care too. Too twentysomething and "sassy" (the twentysomething version of "spunky") for me.

It's an old formula: Take a cute girl and humiliate her on tv. People love to watch that stuff.

I really like the show.

Episodes 1 and 3 are preserved. Episode 2 was posted as a web cast and is of really poor quality.

Morales *is* cute. The scene when the Succubus Woman (reformed) eyes DubDub's outfit and tells here something like "You look horrid!" and she replies "I know!" That cracked me up.

I like the MIB feel to it, even if the budget is smaller.

I don't think they will post other episodes for FREE. . .iTunes will usually have the 1st episode of new shows for FREE. . .to tempt you. . .to watch. . .
