Mac Mini cpu upgrade question

Does anyone know if the 2.33ghz T7600 SL9SJ cpu will work in a Mac Mini? I know that the T7600 SL9SD does fit, but not sure what the difference in the 2 types is. Thanks.

SL9SJ is for surface mounted soldered or epoxied attachment instead of removable sockets. Won't work. This is a previous thread on what works (but did not mention SL9SJ). [forums.macresource.com]

Enter this in Google "SL9SD t7600 sl9sj" and click [I'm Feeling Lucky]

Are you asking because you saw it for $292 at ACSParts.com or $299 on ebay?

Yep ... on Ebay. The SL9SD is about $100 more expensive.
