Why won't QuickTime movie play on my MobileMe page

About the 10th pic from the bottom is a 30-second QuickTime movie. Yet when I double click it I get a message that says "QT can't play this, try back later."

Get Info says:
Codecs: MPEG1 Muxed
Total bit rate: 2,909
dim: 640x480

Do I need to reformat the file, or is this a glitch of the much-glitched new MobileMe?

Or is it just because MobileMe is such a dumb name and it refuses to play because of that.

When I click on the movie icon, it doesn't load. No QT message for me...
