From Macworld:
"A company spokesman, who said he was a member of Open Tech's legal team, refused to give more than his first name, Tom. "I won't say more because of the ruthless sharks that are swimming around," he said when asked why he wouldn't provide his full name or title.
Open Tech Inc., which does not list its mailing address or telephone number on its Web site, will sell two different models..."
Quasi-anonymous representatives. No contact information on their website beyond a couple of e-mail addresses. A website that looks less than professional, to be *really* kind. And that same website makes no mention of "Mac" or "OS X", except in the "Feedback" section where are few outside comments are posted debating the legality of it all.
How could one not have confidence in a company like that?
