How to change email in iCal?

I send reminders via iCal to my email. I just changed emails and want to update the email address, but can't figure out how to in iCal. I looked in preferences and System Preferences and I don't see where it will allow it.

After posting here, I went to the Apple support page and found an entry in the forum that asked this exact same question. The answer is to update your email in your Address Book. Who woulda thunk to look there?

One more thing. The new email does not show up until you close iCal and reopen it.
