Depending on the shipping cost, that's a good price.
I've a saved search on eBay for Seagate 1 TB "ST310000NS" series drives, I get at least one notice a day. These are Seagate's top of the line so-called Server class drives and their fastest 7200 RPM HDDs.
The drive you referenced is almost assuredly the Seagate 1 TB "ST310000AS" series which is ever so slightly slower than the NS and normally can be had for in relative abundance for $160 delivered.
According to Seagate, one can build RAID arrays using either drive but mixing the drives in a RAID-0 array is dangerous due to different write speeds between the drive series.
