Sorry, I'm a food snob. I wouldn't touch any of those factory-farm derived fowl. I've seen too many documentaries on the disgusting conditions under which they process that stuff. Free-range locally-derived chicken is all I will buy these days.

I live near a town that processes chickens. There are regularly escapees. I wonder how many land on a local table.

Don't know if it's Tyson, Perdue, or some other.
